That is not a problem! We simply continue at the same hourly rate, no delay fees. We’ll always keep you informed during the move so there are no surprises at the end.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. We understand that plans can change which is why there are no hidden fees for rescheduling if you notify us in time.
How can I prepare for my move to make it go faster?
You can help speed up the process by packing and labeling boxes clearly, and disassembling large furniture when possible. Our team is trained to do it, but you can pre-pack if you prefer.
Do you charge extra for stairs, elevators, or long carries?
No hidden fees! We include normal stairs and elevator use in our quotes. If there are special circumstances or unusual obstacles, we’ll discuss it clearly with you during the booking so there are no surprises. We prioritise transparency when it comes to payment.
