These Terms govern your use of our services, including but not limited to local moving, long-distance moving, packing services, and any other services we provide. By hiring N&N Brothers Moving, you agree to our terms as outlined in this document, as well as any additional agreements or quotes provided prior to your service.
- Service Agreement
- Booking and Confirmation: All moving services must be booked in advance through our website or via phone. A booking is considered confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation email from us.
- Changes to the Move: Any changes to the moving date, time, or location must be communicated to us at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to avoid additional charges.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee of up to % of the total cost.
- Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding your move, including the addresses of pick-up and delivery locations, the size and nature of the items being moved, and any special requirements.
- Access and Parking: You must ensure that our movers have easy access to both the pick-up and delivery locations. This includes ensuring that parking is available for our vehicles at both locations, as well as ensuring that the move is accessible and free from any obstacles or hazards.
- Insurance: You may choose to purchase moving insurance for added protection. Our team will inform you about available options prior to your move.
- Our Responsibilities
- Professional Service: N&N Brothers Moving will provide moving services in a professional, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring your belongings are handled with care.
- Liability for Damage: N&N Brothers Moving will not be liable for damage to items that are packed by the client or improperly packed. We are responsible only for items that we pack and transport.
- Weather-Related Delays: While we will always do our best to adhere to the agreed moving schedule, we are not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Pricing and Payments
- Quoted Price: All prices for moving services are based on the information provided by you and confirmed by us. Prices are subject to change if the details of your move change.
- Hourly Rate: For local moves, we charge an hourly rate based on the number of movers and the time required for the move.
- Long-Distance Moves: Long-distance moves will be priced according to distance, volume of items, and the complexity of the move.
- Additional Charges: Any additional services, such as heavy item handling, disassembly/assembly, or storage services, will incur extra charges and will be discussed and agreed upon before the move.
- Payment Terms
- Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be credited toward the final cost of the move.
- Payment Method: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or cash. Payment is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Payment: Any payments not made within 14 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of % of the outstanding balance per week.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Client: As stated earlier, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee of up to % of the total quoted price.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a move in the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, emergencies). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the move at no additional cost to you.
- Limitations of Liability
- General Liability: N&N Brothers Moving will take reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your property during the move. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs due to your failure to notify us of fragile or high-value items.
- Not Responsible for Certain Items: We are not responsible for damage to or loss of items such as cash, jewelry, documents, or other high-value items. We strongly recommend that you remove such items before the move or arrange for separate insurance coverage.
- Insurance
N&N Brothers Moving offers basic liability coverage for your belongings during the move, which covers damages up to a certain limit per item. Additional insurance options are available and can be purchased prior to your move. Please inquire for details.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless N&N Brothers Moving, its agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or damages caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
